Please keep in mind that all edible items are not returnable. This includes: any sprinkles, chocolate melts or royal icing decorations, even if they are still sealed. Sorry, no exceptions.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will make it right. Typically we ask that you snap a quick digital picture with your camera or phone and send it to us. We like to see how the items were damaged in effort to prevent it from happening again. We take great care in packaging, and items rarely ever arrive damaged.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Due to the fragile nature of some edible icing flowers and sugars, we expect that a few will be damaged during shipment. You should order accordingly. Typically they arrive in perfect condition.
FULFILLMENT ERROR: We work hard to always get it right, but we do on rare occasion make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item please email us at email@example.com right away and we will make it right!
